Erin Spencer

Erin Spencer is a long-time San Antonio, Texas resident. Born in Arizona, she grew up in El Paso, Texas, where she met and married her husband Jason C. Spencer Jason and Erin moved to San Antonio early in their marriage and raised their five high-achieving children. Erin and Jason are also blessed by the recent addition of two beautiful daughters-in-law, and two precious granddaughters.

Erin worked for many years as a cosmetologist, owning her own San Antonio salon, where she employed many licensed cosmetologists and estheticians. After her children reached school age, Erin returned to college and completed her Juris Doctorate at South Texas College of Law, Houston, which included time as a visiting student at St. Mary’s Law School in San Antonio.

Erin began her legal carrier as a member of a prominent Texas law firm’s senior litigation team in San Antonio where she handled complex commercial litigation cases. Later, she worked for a Dallas law firm specializing in litigation for the banking industry, including collections, financial institution defense, and multistate contract litigation.

Erin joined Spencer, Anderson, PLLC as an Associate Attorney, and later became a Partner. Her varied experiences have provided Erin with an exceptional and inventive insight that continues to produce successful results for clients. Erin has a determined compassionate nature that helps to put her clients at ease, while she fights to get them the compensation they deserve.
