Personal Experience
Jason Spencer was born in the United States, but raised south of the border where his paternal family owned, and operated, orchards, farms and ranching businesses, in the State of Chihuahua Mexico. Jason attended a bilingual private Academy which provided a full curriculum for educational pursuits in both the United States, and Mexico. After leaving home Jason started working hard to save money for college and his family, often working three jobs simultaneously. One-hundred-hour work weeks were common. Jason learned many useful skills, especially in masonry and construction. While Jason pursued his bachelor’s degree, he owned and operated a construction company, specializing in residential construction, brick, stone and block masonry, and light commercial construction.
Jason married Erin Spencer in 1993, they have five children, two daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. Jason is privileged to work alongside his lifelong companion, Erin Spencer, who is a partner at the firm, a very successful mother, and an extremely talented litigator.
Jason Spencer has been an attorney since 2006. Jason graduated in the top percentage of his class at Saint Mary’s University, San Antonio. Jason has litigated thousands of cases over the course of his career. Helping hundreds, even thousands of injured Texas workers in the area of workers’ compensation, non-subscriber injuries and general negligence claims. Jason also specializes in slip-and-fall injuries, dog bites, catastrophic car and automobile accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle accidents, and even death and survivor claims.
Jason knows the value of hard work, and the virtue of understating his client’s difficulties and hardships, he engages himself in pursuing his client’s claims as though they were his own. Jason is committed to personally work with each and every client individually, to counsel together, to make the best decisions, and to take the best actions in the interest of every person.
